Seldar Misr was established in 2007 with the aim of becoming a leader in the country’s hospitality and real-estate investment sectors with a long-term investment out-look. The purpose of establishing the company was to create one institution that could blend owning and developing upmarket hospitality with that of commercial and residential real estate. The investments of Seldar Misr are concentrated in the main business hubs of Egypt – Cairo, Alexandria and Hurghada with several affiliated projects in the MENA region, Europe and the USA.
